Project Management & Risk Management Training
A lesson in project and risk training
When one of the local Montessori corporate office approached us to help with their PM and RM training, we developed a comprehensive training package in compliance with Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK standard), and conducted on-site training for their senior executives and IT group. While we conducted this training, we also helped them with their business model and helped them to achieve some cost savings. We took on the challenge head on and are delighted with the results!
